patho.clinic provides software to manage pathology clinic operations, including patient records, billing, reporting, and staff workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Your data is handled per Indian data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions are billed in INR. Non-payment may result in suspension. Fees are generally non-refundable.
All content and code of patho.clinic belong to patho.clinic. You may use the software only for your clinic’s operations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sambalpur, Odisha.

patho.clinic (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.
Data is used for service delivery, reporting, billing, and improving functionality. We do not sell or trade user data.
We use encryption, secure servers, and limited access to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by writing to mail.patho.clinic@gmail.com.
Data is retained as long as your account is active or required by law. You can export your data before account closure.
This policy governs all payments and subscriptions for patho.clinic services.
All subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR). Access is provided for the duration of the paid term.
You can cancel anytime. The plan remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate payment or technical service failure. No refunds for mid-term cancellations or user dissatisfaction.

patho.clinic is a software platform intended to assist pathology clinics in managing workflows. It does not provide medical advice or diagnostic interpretation.
All medical decisions and validations must be performed by qualified professionals. patho.clinic is not a substitute for medical expertise.
Clinics are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all patient and test data entered.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the platform.
